The process of modernizing the customs system involves greater transparency in its activity, openness to a dialog with the society, mass media and general public. Customs Service management has invested much effort in improving the areas of concern and it has achieved significant progress in this area in recent years.

The Customs Service is a transparent institution that opts for a proper communication with and awareness of the general public on all customs-related aspects. One of its primary objectives is to eradicate the scourge of corruption, and in this context, in order to ensure an effective cooperation between the public and private sectors and the civil society, the official website of the Customs Service provides the opportunity to submit on-line a compliant to the management of the Customs Service.

Your message will contain at least the following information: full name, email address, brief description of the case/your message.

The Customs Service will ensure the confidentiality of these complaints and of the personal data and you will get an objective answer within the established time limit.

Please, read carefully!

- The size of the complaint shall not exceed 2000 characters

- During the examination of the complaint, the veracity of information, where appropriate, will be verified and additional information may be requested

- For complaints filed electronically, the confidentiality of personal data and information communicated is ensured

- If you do not have an email address, we recommend you to send a written complaint or request via mail.

Important note: Requests for consultations on customs procedures will not be considered!
